How to use?

All domestic orders ship via USPS. Please allow five business days for shipping, although most orders ship within 24 hours.
NOTE: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, damaged or stolen, please contact us within 24 hours. You will not be reimbursed for the items unless the shipping provider reimburses the package contents and shipping charges in whole.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will be accepted for in-store credit within ten days. Items must be in original packaging, unworn/unused and with tags intact and accompanied by a receipt. Skincare/bath, seasonal items, food/beverages, plants and sale items are final.
All split-payment transactions are final.
If you made an online purchase and need to return or exchange the item, please follow these steps:
• Fill our our return form and follow the steps on the form
• Ship your item(s) back to us within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and email us your order number and tracking information.
• You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
• Once we receive your item(s) and determine if they are eligible for a return/exchange (in original packaging, unworn/unused and with tags intact and accompanied by a receipt), we will issue a store credit or will ship the replacement item to you. You are responsible for shipping charges if a replacement item is shipped to you.
